the cleaning service left much to be desired.. we stayed eight days, and the room received only two cleanings at the beginning. despite requests, no one came to clean after the fourth day. it said cleaning would be done every other day, it just wasn't. this.

ericka, the shuttle driver, demonstrated exemplary service by returning a forgotten bag to a family. i appreciated her dedication and initiative in ensuring guest satisfaction. omar at the front desk also assisted me in retrieving a phone left behind on a previous trip, arranged for its return via private driver.

the hotel room felt damp , and the shower was not clean with a broken tub stopper. the breakfast quality was substandard with artificial sausage and unappetizing eggs. i found this quite disappointing given the cost of the room.
